Originally from Austin, I've been a classroom teacher since 1993. Over the last three decades, I've had the privilege of teaching students at every grade level from 2nd graders up to seniors. I graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos (now Texas State) in 1993 with a Bachelor's in Education with a focus in Language Arts & Reading. I am excited to be working with the sophomore (Eng II) and senior (Eng IV) students this year. I've been teaching at this fabulous campus since 2017.
