Hello and welcome! My name is Jonothan Garcia and I am from right here in Georgetown, TX! After attending and graduating from Baylor University in Waco, I stuck around and began my teaching career at La Vega ISD. After joining the East View English team last school year, I enjoyed my time so much and I am so excited about beginning the 2023-24 school year as a returning teacher. I pride myself on creating a fun and engaging learning environment for all my students as well as getting to know them, which makes seeing them achieve success so much better.

I am available for office hours or extra assistance after school until 4:30 everyday and before school at 8:05 on Monday and Thursdays.
