Coach Harlow

Coach Harlow was born in Southern California. He has lived in California, Colorado, Washington, Virginia and Utah prior to moving to Texas with his family in 2005. He is a graduate of Utah State University with a BS in Physical Education and Spanish. He has taught and coached at Austin ISD, Elgin ISD and Hutto ISD. This is his second year at East View High School; he teaches Spanish and is the new Head Tennis Coach at East View. He is a resident of Georgetown and has two children that attend East View High School. His wife is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is a Speech/Language Pathologist for Round Rock ISD.
